Itsu have increased their veggie and vegan range, with a selection of new warming plant-based dishes for Autumn. Itsu say their menu “celebrates the amazing flavours of the Far East; high in nutrients yet refreshingly low in calories and saturated fat”.
Itsu take active steps to manage their environmental impact, sourcing from responsible sources where possible and recycling all store waste. The majority of their sites are zero to landfill and all napkins, paper bags, plastic cups and lids, sauce bottles and snack boxes are 100% recyclable.
In another effort to keep leftover food to a minimum, Itsu hold a half price sale everyday half an hour before closing – so this is definitely the best time to drop by and try out the new vegan dishes!
