Italian chain Carluccio’s are the latest big name to recognise the demand for meat-free meals in London, launching a plant-based pop-up in collaboration with local food blogger Anna Barnett.

From 23rd October, the first floor of their flagship Covent Garden restaurant will be transformed into ‘Cucina Verde’ to celebrate the launch of their new vegetable focussed Autunm/Winter menu.

The menu will feature over 20 Italian vegan and veggie dishes, including crostini al funghi (mushroom ciabatta), pasta e fagioli (thick pasta soup) and polpette di panne (spaghetti with bread dumplings).

The pop-up will take place on four consecutive meat-free Mondays ending on 13th November – you can book a table here.
